In addition to beaconing, the Asset Tracking Tag BLE A1 is also a BLE receiver and scans for neighbouring beacons, facilitating use cases that associate people to things. For example, ensures equipment stays near patients or social distancing among people.

A button on the tag’s face provides software definable responses to a button push by users.
