The ViaLiteHD Multizone Distribution Lossless Splitter enables one transmitter to supply multiple receive points with zero optical loss.
The splitter can be used with any ViaLite RF over fibre frequency band but is most suitable in any fan-out application such as timing applications such as GNSS signal or 10MHz reference. It can utilise the lower loss 1550 nm wavelength or alternatively any of the ITU DWDM channels for longer distances. When used with a combiner, zero loss is possible with fan-in/fan-out and combined transmit and receive systems. The lossless optical splitter comes with options for SC/APC and FC/APC connectors with 8, 16, 32 or 64 outputs.
The lossless optical splitter is ideal for data centre timing, banking institution timing, scientific timing distribution and mobile test environments.
