Microchip Time & Frequency Solutions
We have a longstanding partnership with Microchip and are the dedicated Value-Added Reseller in Norway, Sweden and Denmark for the Microchip time and frequency range. Microchip produces innovative GNSS disciplined clocks and oscillator technologies. These include GNSS firewall technology to protect legacy GNSS clocks from jamming and spoofing, PTP/NTP Grandmaster and edge/boundary clocks, and the industry leading cesium clock and masers used by National Labs for the dissemination of Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).
GNSS Jamming Detection & Location
In-house we develop handheld GNSS jamming detection and location technology for military, law enforcement and security services. This allows early warning and precise locating of interference sources in a simple to use, compact, battery powered form factor.
GPS Repeater & Distribution Systems
We also represent PPM and GPS Networking as our longstanding suppliers of GNSS distribution and repeating technology. This includes work for Defence organisations and direct to MoD/RAF, designing, installing and supporting GNSS repeating and distribution systems indoors for R&D/test facilities, maintenance hangars, Quick Response Alert (QRA) shelters, and inside military land/air/marine vehicles.
GNSS Disciplined Oscillators
We offer Microchip’s range of GNSS Disciplined Oscillators providing dependable timing solutions that ensure data integrity and effective synchronisation for scientific research in fields like physics, astronomy and metrology which rely on ultra-precise timing for accurate measurements. In addition, the GNSSDOs deliver rugged, low SWaP solutions with holdover capability, ensuring mission-critical military operations stay synchronised in harsh environments.
We partner with Viavi to supply their range of GNSS disciplined oscillator boards ranging from small OCXO to long holdover/stability Chip Scale Atomic Clock (CSAC) technologies which are used in many applications including military radio technologies. Viavi also offer a compact GPS simulator/transcoder which can enable jamming protection for legacy systems using SAASM/M-Code receivers.
