Product Information
Septentrio’s AsteRx RB3 CLAS high-accuracy GNSS positioning and heading receiver is built to operate reliably in the harshest environments, with exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures, corrosion, shock, and vibration. Designed for maximum flexibility, it delivers uncompromising performance across demanding applications.
The receiver also provides the convenience of plug-and-play sub-decimetre positioning accuracy through the integrated PPP-RTK correction service from Japan’s Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) Centimetre Level Augmentation Service (CLAS).
Reliable positioning in demanding environments
Combining an ultra-rugged housing with advanced multi-frequency tracking and GNSS+ algorithms, the AsteRx RB3 CLAS is ideally suited for applications requiring precise positioning in chemically aggressive environments, severe temperatures, and high mechanical stress. Its high update rate and low-latency output enable fast feedback during movement and rotation, ensuring responsive and accurate operation.
Precise and dependable heading
With integrated dual-antenna capability, the AsteRx RB3 CLAS delivers accurate, reliable, and position-independent heading alongside centimetre-level RTK performance. GNSS-based heading provides exceptional accuracy in both static and dynamic conditions, removing dependence on vehicle dynamics or magnetic sensors.
Seamless integration
The AsteRx RB3 CLAS integrates easily into a wide range of systems through fully documented interfaces, commands, and data messages. Septentrio’s open interfaces and software tools, including WebUI and RxTools, simplify integration, configuration, and receiver management.
